Saturday Night Stand Up

MoCo Rising knows stand up comedy, and we're bringing it to you with our monthly show!

MoCo Rising can cure what ails ya with our Saturday Night Stand Up series. So make sure you join us for some food and drinks and 3 hours of solid side splitting. Last month's show was a hit, and the The Barking Dog turned out to be a great place to see some excellent local professional comedy. We'll continue to have shows in Bethesda, but we're working on getting into other areas of MoCo as well.

Photo Scavenger Hunt

This style event has been turning into somewhat of a specialty for MoCo Rising's founder. That means there is plenty of experience to know what makes this event so fun.

New to the concept? It's like a scavenger hunt, but more creative and less thieving. Teams are formed to take pictures of each category, with the intent to win the category with the most creative photo. With categories that can be interpreted in many ways, and the endless possibilities of photography, every team ends up with a very unique portfolio. And we ensure that incentives are in place to get people to do some pretty wacky things! We'll have results from previous scavenger hunts on this site soon.
